I have been in just a few times, but every time I have been in I have been made to feel welcome and comfortable. The staff is friendly and more than willing to walk you through the humidor and help you select items that fit where you are in your experience. As a new cigar enthusiast, I wasn’t made to feel like an annoyance and all my questions were answered well. If you are after boutique brands and something outside the legacy marketspace, then this is one of the best places in the metro, especially on this side of town.
